MacDelta is published by Mixout Technologies Private Limited. This website describes the application and provides an interactive demonstration using fictional data. The demonstration does not inspect your Mac or establish a real history.

Price and availability

The advertised price is US $9.99 plus applicable tax for a one-time license, including the free upgrade to v2 for existing v1 purchasers. This offer does not promise free upgrades to all future major versions. There is no subscription. Purchase securely through Dodo Payments and download after payment.

The base price is in US dollars. Applicable tax is additional and will be displayed with the final total before payment. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other charges. Visiting this website or sending an enquiry does not create a purchase or reserve a license.

Trial edition

When available, the separate trial edition provides seven days of recording from when you choose Start 7-day trial. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. After expiry, recording stops; saved history remains available to view, export or delete. Purchase and install the unrestricted edition to continue recording with your existing local history. Updating or reinstalling the trial does not restart it.

Payment provider

Dodo Payments acts as the merchant of record for new purchases, processes payment, calculates and collects applicable tax, and issues the purchase invoice. Its buyer terms also apply. Mixout Technologies Private Limited develops MacDelta and provides product support.

Personal license

One purchase is for one person, for use on their own Macs. You may reinstall on a replacement Mac without transferring or deactivating a license. Do not share or resell the app, purchase codes, or private download links. This does not transfer your locally recorded history.

Digital delivery and reinstallation

After payment succeeds and is verified, MacDelta is delivered by download. We send a private download link to your checkout email address. You can request another link from My Downloads and reinstall on your own Macs. There is no physical shipment. Contact support@macdelta.app if delivery fails.

Refund policy

We review refund requests individually for technical problems that prevent you from using MacDelta, duplicate charges, and problems accessing your download. Depending on the issue, we may offer troubleshooting, a fix or a refund.

MacDelta is a digital download. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law or Dodo Payments’ applicable buyer terms. Please review the features, system requirements and interactive demo before purchasing. The same policy applies to Apple silicon and Intel purchases.

Before purchasing, try MacDelta free for seven days. No card is required and there is no automatic charge.

Problems with your purchase

Contact support@macdelta.app for these purchase problems. We review each request individually. Refunds required by law or Dodo Payments’ applicable buyer terms are not discretionary.

Email from your purchase email address with your payment reference and a brief description of the issue. For technical problems, include your Mac model, macOS version and MacDelta version. Do not send card details, passwords or private files. If your purchase email is missing, try My Downloads.

Approved refunds

Approved full refunds include applicable tax charged at checkout and are returned to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. We do not deduct a payment-processing fee from your refund. Your bank may apply currency-conversion differences or fees. We will confirm when a refund is initiated; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and bank.

After a full refund, your license ends and further downloads are disabled. You must stop using and remove your copies of MacDelta. We cannot remotely disable or delete downloaded copies or their local history.

Cancellation and consumer rights

MacDelta is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You can close checkout before paying. Closing the window after payment does not cancel a completed purchase.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and its applicable buyer terms also apply. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content. Downloading the app does not, by itself, waive those rights.

Compatibility and observation limits

MacDelta requires macOS 14 or later. Apple silicon is the primary supported platform. Intel compatibility has not been verified on physical Intel Macs and some features may have issues. The Intel build is available to download after payment. Contact support@macdelta.app for questions.

Observations depend on permissions, macOS support and when the app is running. Imported earlier history may be incomplete. Changes that reverse between captures may be missed. MacDelta is an informational journal, not a security product, backup or guarantee of a complete system history.

Our Privacy page explains app metadata, exports, website requests and support correspondence. Only share information you are comfortable disclosing.
